The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho will be hosting a Virtual Training on the topic of Medication Access and Affordability.  This training is designed for Dieticians, Nurses, Physicians, PA's, Pharmacists, Pharm Techs, Social Workers and Public Health Professionals serving patients with diabetes.

Continuing Education: Continuing Education Credits have been approved for Physician, Physician Assistant, Nursing, Dietetics, CDCES, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician, and Social Work.



In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned by Diabetes Alliance of Idaho and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

In accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence, the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) requires anyone in a position to affect or control continuing education content (e.g., authors, presenters, and program planners) to disclose all financial relationships with ineligible companies.
