In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned by The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

This activity is under review for 4.5 CE/CME credits for nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, physician assistant, social work.
